  • Banquet Room

    This private room is located in lower level of the restaurant with seating for up to 100. The Banquet room has a separate handicap-accessible entrance from the rear of the restaurant. This room includes a bar, bathrooms, jukebox, pool table, dart board and arcade game.

  • Back Dining Room

    The Back Dining Room is located upstairs toward the rear of the restaurant with seating for up to 50. Great for company meetings, graduation parties, birthday parties, retirement parties, etc. Good space if you want to be involved with the rest of the bar and restaurant.

  • Patio

    This is a covered, outdoor room located on the right side of the restaurant with seating for up to 35. Perfect for watch parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, club meetings, or when you’re rooting for a sports team that’s not from St. Louis. Everyone can be as loud as they want. This room is heated during winter.

Regular: Minimum $500, Room/Cleanup Fee $175

Holiday (Thanksgiving - Dec 31st): Minimum $600, Room/Cleanup Fee $175

Back Dining Room

Regular: Minimum $400, Room/Cleanup Fee $125

Holiday (Thanksgiving - Dec 31st): Minimum $500, Room/Cleanup Fee $125

Patio

Regular: Minimum $300, Room/Cleanup Fee $110

Holiday (Thanksgiving - Dec 31st): Minimum $400, Room/Cleanup Fee $110

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By submitting a deposit, the patron agrees to the following:

Cancellations

Cancellations 4 weeks or more in advance receive full deposit refund. 3 - 4 weeks notice shall receive 75% deposit refund. 2 - 3 weeks notice shall receive 50% notice. Less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation shall forfeit submitted deposit. The deposit will go towards your bill upon payment the day of your event.

Deadlines and Fees

Food menu choices and Guest headcounts are to be finalized 10 days prior to event date. Each day delinquent is subject to a $15 fee deducted off submitted deposit. Additional food ordered the day of the event is subject to a 25% fee. Not all banquet menu items may be ordered during the event. No outside food, beverages or alcohol may be brought in with exception given to personalized cakes or desserts. Banquet Room Guests shall not order off the regular restaurant menu unless approved by Management.

Food order and open bar arrangements are subject to 20% gratuity (minimum of $50).

White linens will be provided for $4 each.

Entertainment

Decorations are the responsibility of the host/hostess. No confetti, rice, nuts or granulated items may be used and deposit is subject to forfeiture if not in compliance. Decorations up may not be attached in a fashion to put holes in or pull the paint off the walls.

Entertainment is the responsibility of the host/hostess and only allowed in our Banquet Room. Bands, DJs, photo booths and photographers are welcomed. NO exotic dancers.

Additional Cost

Firehouse can provide a PA speaker for microphone use and/or bluetooth connection for $20.

Firehouse can provide a projector for $50.

Unlimited use of the pool table is available for $25.

Loss, Damage or Injury to Persons, Property, Equipment, or Facility

Patron agrees to be responsible for any damages to equipment or facility during the time on premises. Any damage to the facility will result in loss of deposit.

Firehouse Bar & Grill is not responsible for loss or damage to patrons’ property.

Firehouse Bar & Grill is not responsible for injuries or sickness to Guests due to negligence (i.e. standing on chairs, tables or bar, disobedience to guidelines mandated by Missouri or St. Louis County, etc.)
